Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Your main goal is to book qualified demos and meetings for the sales team to close. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our CRM and contributing to the development of our outreach strategies.
Requisitos
Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.Ability to consistently generate a high volume of qualified leads (50+ monthly) and book a significant number of meetings (10-15 monthly).Familiarity with CRM software and a knack for detailed data management.Experience with A/B testing and tracking conversion metrics to optimize messaging.Strong research skills to identify and target new market segments.
Salary
$600 - $900/month + performance-based cash compensation per qualified meeting booked.
