This role is responsible for driving customer retention and growth by managing key client relationships. You'll work closely with existing customers to ensure they are successful with our product, conduct regular business reviews, and identify opportunities for expansion. You'll also be responsible for creating and maintaining a structured onboarding process and handling escalated support issues. This is a part-time position, requiring 20-30 hours per week initially.

Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, with a strong focus on retention and revenue growth.Ability to conduct effective quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and manage relationships with a portfolio of customers.Excellent problem-solving skills to handle and resolve escalated support tickets efficiently.Strong communication and organizational skills to develop customer-facing materials and dashboards.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
